- I certify that I have checked the details of the script I have ordered to ensure the correct contact lens information has been entered
- I certify that all personal details that I have provided are complete, current and accurate at the time of order
- I agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. I shall not attempt to transmit any material of any kind to the Netlens website which contains virus, malicious or otherwise harmful components
- I agree that Netlens may contact me electronically from time to time with news, information and promotions that I may find of interest. I understand that I can request to cancel this information at any time via the customer service email address. I also agree that all communication between myself and Netlens will be for lawful purposes only
- I understand that Netlens does not endorse or make any representation to the accuracy of material contained in any website which may be accessed via links from the Netlens site and that Netlens does not take responsibility for the information or for products purchased from any third party website
- Our lowest price guarantee applies to products and prices from Australian owned and operated web sites only and to identical products and of same purchase quantity
