Refund Policy

Your satisfaction as a valued client of Netlens is our paramount importance and as such all lenses distributed by Netlens have a full manufactures warranty. This warranty covers any faults or defects that may occur during the manufacturing process. In addition to this all of our products have their packaging conditions and expiry dates thoroughly checked prior to leaving our warehouse for your convenience.

Here at Netlens we like to think we are pretty good at what we do, however we are only human so mistakes can occur from time to time and as such if your order at Netlens has been incorrectly supplied in any way we will happily exchange your goods at no charge, with a minimum of fuss to you. Simply contact us at admin@netlens.com.au. Please ensure to quote your purchase number for ease of processing.

Exchanges or refunds for any other goods will be assessed and determined on an individual basis providing the claim is made within 7 days from date of shipment. These claims can also only be considered provided the packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, however there will be a $5.50 administration fee for this. If your order is on backorder, you may cancel at any time prior to shipment without incurring any fees.
