Delivery Policy

1. Currently we deliver within Australia only.
2. All deliveries are made via Australian Post.
3. Delivery fees will be subject to the size of your order. This information will be clearly displayed at the checkout
4. Our aim is to despatch your contact lenses within 24 hours from receipt of your order however please allow 2-5 working days for delivery
5. You will have the option of selecting Express Post at the checkout, for overnight delivery. Express post incurs a slightly higher charge. Please note that overnight delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at the time of order
6. Regrettably Netlens cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels by Australia Post, however please contact us should you have a missing delivery and we will assist in every way possible to track your parcel down.
7. For prompt delivery please select a delivery address where someone will be present during normal business hours to accept delivery
